Delete your JagKoll account
You can delete your JagKoll account and all of your household's data yourself, in the app or on jagkoll.se. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
How to delete your account
- Sign in with your household's email and password.
- Choose the household admin profile.
- Open Settings and scroll down to Danger zone.
- Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm with Delete forever.
What is deleted
Your login account and everything in your household: all profiles, pets, documents and reminders, calendar events, trips, chores, rewards, allowance balances and savings goals, and notification settings on every device. You are signed out everywhere.
What is kept
Nothing that identifies you. We keep a security log of events (such as sign-ins and changes) for as long as we need it to protect the service. When you delete your account, your email address, names, IP addresses and descriptions are removed from it, and a single record that the account was deleted is added.
Can't sign in?
If you have forgotten your password, reset it first, then follow the steps above.
Deleted data cannot be recovered.
